Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at eumark@eumark.de and send your item to us with details we provide after e-mail confirmation.
Delivery Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. We have all offered products on stock 99.99% time. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We make shipping in 3-5 working days, and provide tracking number when we get it.

Shipping returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
