1. Šta je elektrohemijsko markiranje?
Elektrohemijsko markiranje ili ercovanje je elektrohemijski proces na metalnoj površini koji se malim strujama, elektrolitom, pečatom kroz film gravira tražena gravura, logo brojevi i slično.

Elektrohemijsko markiranje je najbrža i najjednostavnija tehnika za trajno markiranje metalnih površina. Pravi oštre, čiste, atraktivne i nadasve ekonomičan način markiranja bez oštećenja, promena dimenzija ili bilo kakvih promena predmeta posle markiranja. Markiranje je postojano koliko i sam materijal koji se markira. Nema korozija kao i drugih negativnih uticaja na sam predmet. Sam proces markiranja traje nekoliko sekundi i dubina je oko 0,025mm. U zavisnosti od potreba kao i materijala koji se markira, odabira se elektrolit. Nerđajući čelici postižu najbolje rezultate markiranja elektroliti M21 i M22, a svakako odabirom pravog elektrolita (M23) mogu se markirati i visoko korozivno alatni čelici bez bojazni od pojave naknadne korozije.

The whole process is very simple, doesn´t require a lot of space, can be performed during the manufacturing or before the delivery, doesn´t require any special training and it is very safe.
